Comparing My ITP Diagnosis and the Stages of Grief
Having a chronic illness diagnosis, like immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), is similar to the stages of grief.

In 2019, Kristy Coleman was abruptly diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Over the next few years, she had numerous hospital stays, treatments, and waves of varied emotions.
